< Lisa John - Pre-school Supervisor

I have worked at Nassington Pre-school for 7 years. I enjoy the challenge of constantly moving the setting forward within the EYFS framework. I am looking forward to starting my foundation degree at Pen Green Children's Centre, Corby on 21st November 2011.
I feel very proud to be working for Nassington Pre-school.

Lorna Wilson - Pre-school Deputy Supervisor >

I have worked at Nassington Pre-school for 6 years. I have a Level 3 in Childcare and Development, I'm also the SENCO co-ordinator (Special Education Needs).
The working environment in our new purpose-built building is fantastic, it's enabled us to continuously improve our setting where children love to learn and play.

< Kim Aubrey - Pre-school Assistant

I have been employed by Nassington Pre-school for 11 years and during this time I have encountered many changes within the pre-school framework.
I have been keen to gain the qualifications to enable me to perform the role of Childcare Practitioner to the best of my ability and during 2011 I completed my Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development.
The completion and moving into our wonderful new purpose-built building will enable us to continue to improve on our practice and provide a learning environment where children learn and develop and have positive experiences.

Anita Coles - Pre-school Assistant >

I have worked at Nassington Pre-school for the last 10 years.

In February 2011 I completed my NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development. I have seen many changes throughout my time working here, most important being the new setting we have. The children now have this wonderful setting where they are able to achieve to their best of their ability and explore new activities without any restrictions.

About the Committee....
The Preschool committee is made up entirely of volunteers, mainly parents of children who attend the preschool plus members of the local community.  Every year a committee is elected and they are responsible for managing the preschool.  This entails everything from managing the day to day running of the preschool to managing building projects plus fundraising to make sure we have enough money to keep buying equipment to inspire the little ones!
